When peer award are triggered, the platform deducts 15% from the official(dev team) pool.
Peer Award is an official reward given to V5 and V6 members for their contribution to the promotion and training of Otrading.
Only VIP 5 and VIP 6 are eligible to get peer award.
Each branch can generate unlimited peer award, with a total of 15% shared among eligible members.
If there is only one eligible member in a branch, he/she receive 15%.
If there is more than one eligible member, they share the 15%.
